Who is responsible for your data

DIsruptIA, represented by Oliver Barona (hereinafter, “the Controller”), domiciled in Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide through this site, in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexico’s federal law on the protection of personal data held by private parties).

What data we collect and why

Through the contact form and WhatsApp we may receive: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever information you choose to share about your organization and its training project. This data is used exclusively to: reply to your message, prepare proposals and quotes, and — if we end up working together — deliver the agreed services. We do not send unsolicited advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

Third-party services

The contact form is processed through Formspree and messaging through WhatsApp; both services handle data under their own privacy policies. This site does not use advertising tracking cookies.

Your rights (ARCO)

At any time you may request access to, rectification, cancellation of, or opposition to the processing of your data (the “ARCO rights” under Mexican data protection law) by writing to hola@disruptia.org. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
