What exactly is a training academy?
It's an organization's complete learning system: the online courses, the platform they live on, the learning paths and the evidence that people actually learned. It's not a one-off course or an empty LMS — it's your organization's school, built to fit and up and running.
Do you sell ready-made courses?
No. Everything we build starts from your real operation: your processes, your cases, your people. Generic courses are exactly the problem we came to solve — people finish them, pass them, and nothing changes on Monday.
Do you offer live training, webinars or in-person courses?
No. Our service is building online courses and digital academies: we design them, produce them and deliver them running on your platform. Your academy trains people every day without depending on an instructor's calendar.
Do we need to have a platform or LMS already?
It's not a requirement. If you already have a platform, we build on it; if not, we help you choose the right one for your case and deliver it set up with your academy inside.
How do you use artificial intelligence?
Where it adds value: personalized learning paths, practice with feedback, faster content production and learning data you can actually read. The pedagogy comes from humans who have taught real classes; AI does the heavy lifting.
